Empowering women to explore, build, and enter high-demand construction and STEM careers.
Girl with Grit, in collaboration with Restore Education, is hosting a hands-on career expo connecting women to construction trades and STEM careers through real tools, real projects, and real-world learning.
Participants will:
- Use industry tools and equipment
- Build hands-on projects
- Learn jobsite safety and PPE practices
- Explore career pathways, certifications, and training
- Connect directly with employers, educators, and mentors
📺 MEDIA & COMMUNITY COVERAGE
This expo will be presented to the KSAT Community Board for extensive media and community coverage, helping amplify awareness of workforce opportunities for women across the San Antonio region.
KSAT coverage will:
- Highlight participating employers and sponsors
