KIDS WITH GRIT

A curriculum developed in collaboration with education Service Center

Our mission at Girl with Grit®, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is to empower youth through project-based workshops and empowerment sessions that teach them new skills that help improve their educational opportunities while promoting creativity, confidence, STEM, and workforce opportunities.

AS OF 2026, GIRL WITH GRIT DEVELOPED A CURRICULUM AS “KIDS WITH GRIT”. OUR GOAL IS FULL INCLUSION AND TO INFUSE OUR LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES WITH TOOLS, SAFETY, STEM, AND CONSTRUCTION INTO EVERY KID’S CLASSROOM. CONTACT US TO FIND HOW TO BRING OUR PROGRAM TO YOUR STUDENTS.

Project-Based

Our unique project-based curriculum related to STEM can better train and engage students. Project-based learning can be a solution for school retention rates, attendance in behavioral intervention classrooms, student failure rate, and a need to develop future workforce pathways.

Learn more about Girl with Grit, Founder, Blythe Zemel and her research on Project-Based Behavioral Therapy (PBBT) for improving youth’s mental health through project-based learning.

After her research and belief in project-based interventions, Blythe will open a private therapy practice in 2027 called Project-Based Behavioral Therapy.
