WINE & WELDING WITH BRIANA – MOTHER’S DAY MAY

Join our Trades Director, Briana Huhn for a night of a little wine and a little welding. In this adult only class, students will learn the basics of welding while they create their own unique metal piece and mingle. A portion of proceeds from this class goes to the continuation of our youth trades program.

BYOB (Bring your own Bottle). We will provide disposable wine glasses, napkins, and snacks.

Briana Huhn has been a welder/fabricator for 11 years across multiple industries. In addition to welding, Briana shares her love of the trades with children through a Minnesota based nonprofit, Big Ideas Inc. Her main goal is to help end the stigma that the trades are second rate. Her metalworking skills earned her a spot on Motortrend’s ‘Bitchin Bootcamp’ and Discovery Channel’s ‘Monster Garage’.

Girl with Grit Program. I will ask for clarification when needed. All students must adhere to a basic code of conduct and posted Makerspace rules.
